Woodfield Nissan was a great experience. My 09 sentradoesnt need work yet but I'm nosey with everything I buy. The sales manager and the 2 guys I talked to in service (The manager and the mechanic) explained alot of things I was curious about without seeming phony. It was just a cool place overall.

Awesome crew in sales and service. I like how they donttry to gouge you with the financing. My credit isnt so good and I was pre-approved with my own bank. It took a little longer but the finance guy found me an even better rate (6.9 versus 10.5). I dont know if it is just a bank they're used to dea...ling with but I really liked the fact that they actually took time to look around for something better for me. A little confusing at first but woodfield nissan got it done right. Smart sales staff and the service department is very nice. I had never bought a car at a dealer before. I appreciate how they led me through the process. Now when I go in for service I go straight to Paul Connoly and it all gets handled. Show more

I currently drive a 2007 Altima. One day I noticed thatthere was a squeaking noise coming from my brakes. I decided that I was going to bring it in to get it check out. I brought it to the dealer i bought it from, Arlington Nissan, and they proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with m...y vehicle. Well I wasn't happy with that answer, so I brought my vehicle to Woodfield Nissan for a second opinion and dealt with a gentleman named Pauly. I explained to him the problem I was having with my car and that I was really upset about it. He assured me that they would figure out the problem, and he did. The service I received was excellent. Everyone there was very freindly and they seemed very knowledgable. I know that from now on I will never have my car service anywhere other than Woodfield Nissan. Keep up the good work! Show more

Mr.Ashkan our salesperson was very informative whileexplaining all the options available on the Altima. He seemed concerned on helping us get the best deal for the amount I could afford. Well from the very start i had a good experiece with them, I have been to many dealerships and very few times they even greet me . They were never presuring me just letting me take my time to look around . After a few minutes a began to ask questions about a few cars . more like the nissan sentra in... compareson to others . they of coarse showed all good things but surprisingly also stated the bad things . which made me feel more in cofidence with them . knowing that he is telling the truth for a change . when i was ready to proced with the purchase . I went there with my wife and my 5 year old daughter ,and the first thing we loved about Woodfield nissan was the show room and the clean and beautifull cars that they had in there . Then my daughter asked (Dan) the used car manager if she could check out a 1968 chevy camaro that they have in the sh...ow room and he personally opened the car for my daugther , then he gave us top money for our trade and helped my wife find the truck that she wanted to buy . It was a pearl white murano S awd , since we are spanish him (Dan) and the sales man were trying really hard to speak spanish to us. Then we went in to the finance office and talk to Jerry Russo who gave us an excellent deal for 5 years on the loan, our payments were a lot lower than what we expected . We walked out of there very happy and we wiil go back there with our friends and family , why waist time somewhere else ? This guys are great .... Thank you guys very much ... I have been looking for a used Nissan Altima and while ona business trip I stopped into Woodfield Nissan and had a positive experience. The salesman was very courteous and informative and answered all of my questions. I purchased exactly the car I was looking for, and at a great price! I love it.... Everything went smoothly and I feel comfortable recommending this dealership to anyone looking to purchase new or used. Show more

I recently purchased a used nissan from Woodfield Nissan,and had nothing but a great expierence. I was treated great from the time I walked into the showroom till the time I left. The salesman was very informative and went over the vehicle with me. The finance department were also very polite. I... was nervous about buying a vehicle but everything went very smoothly at this dealership. I have also sent my brother in law and other family members here to purchase vehicles also, they also were very happy with the dealership and all the people at the dealership. The service department is also great to deal with. Would recommend this dealership for sales and service. Show more

Purchased a '09 Murano from Ron Brazier our salesman, whowas a gentleman and very friendly the whole time we were there. From the moment we walked in to the moment he shook my hand and said we have a deal. Car shopping as everyone knows can be a hassle and a haggle, but both salesman Ron and Mark ...were willing to do whatever was needed to get me in the car I wanted at the price I wanted. If you asked me would I recommend them, I would have to say most certainly, I would very much recommend Ron he doesn't pressure you he works with you which is a BIG difference as we all know. purchased Armada from Latch he was the best walked methrough the complete process was very nervous going into the financing but Latch gave me off to Jerry who was great, no pressure at all told me about the extended warranty,(which i did get) wanted to protect myself after the factory warranty expir...es. Latch then took over again took my to service where he introduced me to Pauly. Pauly explained when the first oil change needs to be completed which was free of charge. I was so impressed the the level of Service from everyone there I sent my Dad over and he bought a Quest..thanks to all.. Show more
