I took my daughter here to purchase a used car. She got a Altima and the price was fair. The car runs great. These people have excellent customer service skills, will be back again.

I went into Woodfield after seeing one of Nissan's adsabout 0% financing on almost all new models, just chose them out of the blue because they were nearby where I had to do some shopping at Woodfield Mall. I went in looking for a Versa, but after speaking with the salesman who greeted me, David, s...oon learned that the 0% on the Versa was only good for 36 months, but I could get it for 60 months on the Sentra! David knew his cars very well, and after learning how great the Sentra's gas mileage was, and with the 0% financing how affordable it was, I was sold. The whole process was smooth and easy. The wait to go into the Finance office was a little long, but it was a Saturday afternoon and they were busy, so I can't really gripe. Overall, a great experience. I wish they had better coffee though. Seriously bad stuff there. Show more

My sales man was not only helpful, but very patient with me. I was not pressured into anything that I didn't feel comfortable with ...and I wasn't treated any different because I am a young women. I was referred to see Pauly at Woodfield by a friend. Heis professional, polite and helped me get what I needed done on my car quickly and efficiently. The service is great and I've had everything from oil changes to brakes and tires done. My car is running better than ever and I'd go back any time.

My 2009 Nissan Maxima was recently a victim of vandalism,My 2009 Nissan Maxima was recently a victim of vandalism, and as you can imagine, I was freakin! I only had the car for a couple of months and i baby it like you cant imagine, so when I brought it in to the bodyshop, I expected the worst! I ha...d Raul greet me first, very friendly gentleman, I explained what happened, He was very understanding and made sure he would fix it to my liking, afterwards he introduced me to his painter, Angelo Kourelis, also very friendly and knowledgeable, he explained the process of repair, very thorough , and to my surprise, no paint was needed! I feel they couldve easily sold me a "paint job" without me knowing, I went in there clueless but came out very informed, I have Woodfield Nissan to thank for hiring such honest, friendly, knowledgeable people, without them, i feel i wouldve become another sucker, thank you for your excellent work and service!! Overall the dealer was very good. I was greeted rightaway when I pulled my car in and Jarett was very friendly. Wait time was very good and my car was cleaned after they were done with work. Very good job! I would recommend this dealer to my family / friends.

I shopped around for the best deal and went to severalnissan dealers. When I went to Woodfield Nissan, they gave me the deal that I wanted right away with no games. Other Nissan stores seemed to give me the run around about getting the best deal or they had what they called ad cars that were paint...ed or damaged, thats why they were priced where they were. Simply put, i got the same deal at Woodfield Nissan and i didint have to buy what those other dealers called an ad car. Also thier facility was far superior to the other dealers. If you want to buy a Nissan i would reccomend this place. Show more

great dealer and great service dept.. always beenhelpful.. I get my car serviced about every 2 months , i do alot of driving and they are always polite and fast with service.. i have owned other makes and when you need repair they tell you next week, but when i call Woodfield nissan . they ask me w...hen i can bring it in ...
