I searched their site for a used Maxima and found one of interest. I was contacted promptly by Howard and Chris in the internet division and made the time for a test drive. When I arrived, the car was finally located and when looking at it I found fresh damage on the left front. It was apparently da...maged during snow removal in the lot. Wish someone would have told me before if came to the dealer. Show more

My son was looking for his first car. We found a nice 2009 Altima online at a great price, so we called and went in to look at it. Took a nice test drive, our salesman was not pushy (as I kinda expected them to be), and we made a very quick deal. My son liked the car, and with me cosigning for him, ...I felt very comfortable with the whole process. They gave my son a couple finance options, and since he couldn't finance the car himself, the finance guy John Meredith (seriously great guy) explained to me my options and obligations as a cosigner to my son. Took the car home, it was great. HOWEVER...on the way home, my son noticed the driver's side mirror was loose. Turns out the mirror housing was cracked and was not properly mounted to the car. I called the used car manager, explained the situation, and it seemed like they wouldn't do anything, which was initially disappointing. But I got a call a day later, asking to bring the car in. The manager looked at it, then told me he spoke with his porters who admitted to breaking it in the car wash without notifying a manager. They took complete ownership of the situation and ordered me a new mirror. Great experience overall. I will be visiting Woodfield Nissan when I need to replace my Honda. If all goes well, it will be my first Nissan purchase. Show more

Cant go wrong with Woodfield Nissan. They are consistent in their service and extremely busy on weekends (1-2 hour wait times). Definitely worth the wait.  Jeff Ruppert, the service manager was very helpful and proactive in finding the solution to my transmission/brake  issue and  found a way to ...cover it under the warranty, with no additional charge to me for the initial inspection or repair. Woohoo.The lounge area is small, its better to come early on weekends. Show more

I went to Woodfield Nissan looking for a used Altima the salesman that help me went over the benifits of purchasing a new Altima it was the best thing I did. gave me 3 years free oil changes and car washes

Woodfield Nissan provided me World Class service, Notonly did I buy 1 car, I went back the next day bought another car! Justin and Phil went above and beyond to make me happy. They beat many other dealer prices and trust me I shop around. I would rate my experience A+++.

Excellent experience, excellent people. Love my"new" certified pre-owned Murano. Best used car I've ever purchased. My salesman Ali Sahebi was very informative, and the used car manager Ryan Carroll and GM Justin Delgado are stand up people. I'll definitely buy another car again!

Purchased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder a few weeks ago. Thisweekend I noticed that my power outside mirrors were not working. I arrived at the dealership and was promptly greeted by Jared and explained my issue. jared advised me that he would get someone on it right away and would keep me advised. A sho...rt time later Jared advised me that the problem could not be located quickly and that it was going to take some time to further diagnose the problem. I was offered a loaner car however I advised Jared that I had the time to wait a few more hours as long as a tech was going to still be working on my vehicle to locate the problem. Jared assured me that someone would be working on the vehicle and also advised me at any time I needed a loaner vehicle to just ask. About 90 minutes later Jared advised me that the technician located the problem and that my vehicle was repaired. I am very pleased with the level of customer service I was provided by being kept updated on the status of the repair. I only hope that the owner of this dealership reads these comments so they are aware how their business is performing. A special thank you to Jared for your outstanding level of professionalism which will not be forgotten. Again thank you. Show more
