I recently purchased a 2002 Rav 4 from this dealership.Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. When we purchased the vehicle there were some repairs to the body that needed to be made. Those repairs were done at no cost to us very quickly and efficiently. They even ...paid for my rental car for the two days my car was in the shop. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Especially those looking for a quality used car. Show more

We were so impressed with Anthony's no-xx approach andfriendliness that we ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from him within 3 days! We got my mom a brand new fully loaded 2012 Rogue SL AWD on a Thursday evening. Two days later, I traded in my 2007 Maxima for a 2010 model. Anthony's straight-forward..., honest, and insightful advice helped us make 2 solid purchases. Being in sales myself, I'm always turned off by pushy sales people. But Anthony showed us our options, gave me a very fair trade-in value, and paid attention to our needs instead of wasting our time showing us vehicles we had no interest in. I am going to see Anthony again in a few days because a friend is in the market for a new car, and I can't think of anyone else I would trust than him and his team at Woodfield Nissan! Show more

When I went into this Nissan dealer, I wasn't looking toactually purchase that day and I didn't. However, the friendliness and the knowledge of both the salesman and the General Manager made me want to work with them and no other dealership. They didn't have the exact color that I wanted for my new ...2012 car so, the GM easily retreived it from another store quickly. Everything was really easy as far as the paperwork and that was something that I wasn't looking forward to doing. They went over everything with me and I also feel like I didn't have to "haggle" very much with them. I told them the area that I wanted to pay and we worked from there. Everyone was very helpful that I dealt with and it was a super smooth transaction. I would highly recommend (and actually already have) going to Woodfield Nissan to any friends/family members looking for a car. Show more

I came here with my parents because they were buying memy first car. The workers were very friendly and helped us exceptionally. Other dealerships that I have visited were not as helpful and not a place I felt comfortable being in. I am always feeling rushed by workers at different places but here w...as completely opposite. I did end up purchasing my car at Nissan and my family will be coming here in the future. Show more

Despite some of these other reviews I can tell you that you will not find a better dealership to purchase a car from. I have purchased several new and used vehicles and have sent dozens (yes dozens) of people to the dealership and they all purchased vehicles and they are all returning customers. My ...cars get serviced at Woodfield and they keep you informed of the repair process. Remember when working on any business deal you only get out what you put in. Treat the sales and management staff professionally and they will treat you professionally. Show more

Kevin serviced my new car with a full car treatment. Hewas very helpful and even had my insurance send over a copy of my insurance so that I could get to work. They had a loaner car ready when I got there and even made me a cup of coffee. Also he got my part ordered quickly and called me as soon ...as it got in. Bill was my salesman and he mad sure to be there that morning so that I could meet Kevin and to make sure that everything was good to go with no problems. This is the type of service that makes me stay with Nissan! Show more

Over all, my experience here was great! I have nothing to complain about, I was in a situation where I didn't want to be with my current car. The dealership and I went over numbers to get the perfect car for me, there was no stopping what they were trying to do for me. I've dealt with other Nissan d...ealers before, but none have gone this far to get me into the car I wanted! I loved their facilities, everything seemed so brand new, and the atmosphere and the no-pressure salesmen really made the sale go by even smoother for me. They went through every detail of the paper work with me, making sure I understood it, and worked within my budget. I highly appreciated it, and still do when I think about it. I will diffidently recommend it to other people before checking other Nissan dealerships around their areas. Show more

Ali was a pleasure to work with -- no hassle - nopresure, but very helpful. He knew everything about the car we were considering and was able to answer all our questions about the entire purchase process. He continued to follow-up as promised without ever questioning or hurrying our decision making ...process and, as a result, made us feel very comfortable. We don't like presure sales tactics and would have gone elsewhere as soon as we felt uncomfortable -- but Ali was patient with us and hung in there until we struck a deal both of us could live with.
