I found my 13 Maxima online and drove three hours to Woodfield to take it for a test drive. Loved it and bought it. A little negotiation on price and we were out within a couple hours. Both the sales rep and lender were pleasant to work with.

On Monday, I bought my very first new car. I had an idea of what I wanted coming into the dealership. I was greeted by Jorge. I was very fortunate to have Jorge, who listened to what I was looking for. Jorge took the time to show me different cars. No push, no rush, and I was happy to see what my op...tions were. Once I told Jorge I wanted the Versa, the paperwork process flowed nicely, no surprises. Juan did a very pleasant job of running me through, explaining additional options, and answering questions with the formal “sign my life away” paperwork. Jorge made sure the Versa was clean, filled with gas, and made sure I understood the basics of the electronic systems of the Versa. Jorge even took pictures of me, in my new car. It was a good day. I love my Versa, and plan to have it for years to come. In all, the process of buying the Versa had no stress. Jorge and the staff were very professional, attentive, and helpful. The next time that I decide to buy another car or anyone that I know that wants to buy a new car I will defiantly come back myself and refer them to Jorge and Juan. Show more

In every category, a true delight. After buying my Nissan Rogue, I have returned to Woodfield Nissan for my regular oil changes and minor check-ups. I have yet to pay for anything, and all of my car washes have been complimentary. After suffering a minor scratch on the side of my Rogue, Wendy, the b...ody shop manager, graciously offered to buff it out and touch up the paint----free of charge! Can't get much better than that kind of customer service. Thank you Woodfield Nissan, and I will recommend you to anyone in the market for an excellent, quality automobile. Show more

Great place to buy a car. , i was treated great. They took time to find the car i wanted. Salesmen were very professional and really tryed to accomodate all my requests , even after buyng the car. I bougth a murano they followed up and called me to make sure i was happy with my purchase. , everyone ...at dealership was nice and friendly. We had a terrific experience at Woodfield Nissan. Theseguys took the time to understand our needs and matched us up with a great vehicle at a great price. From start to finish it was enjoyable. We bought a car for our daughter and they took time to point our safety features that we would want. Because of his expertise and exceptional skills at customer service we were very comfortable buying our car here.
