In every category, a true delight. After buying my Nissan Rogue, I have returned to Woodfield Nissan for my regular oil changes and minor check-ups. I have yet to pay for anything, and all of my car washes have been complimentary. After suffering a minor scratch on the side of my Rogue, Wendy, the b...ody shop manager, graciously offered to buff it out and touch up the paint----free of charge! Can't get much better than that kind of customer service. Thank you Woodfield Nissan, and I will recommend you to anyone in the market for an excellent, quality automobile. Show more

Great place to buy a car. , i was treated great. They took time to find the car i wanted. Salesmen were very professional and really tryed to accomodate all my requests , even after buyng the car. I bougth a murano they followed up and called me to make sure i was happy with my purchase. , everyone ...at dealership was nice and friendly. Including the new car manager Was great experience to do business with them , i am planning to buy all my cars from them , thanks guys Show more

We had a terrific experience at Woodfield Nissan. Theseguys took the time to understand our needs and matched us up with a great vehicle at a great price. From start to finish it was enjoyable. We bought a car for our daughter and they took time to point our safety features that we would want. Made ...sure the car we bought they felt confident enough that they would let their own daughter drive it, love that!! We will use this team again in the future . Show more

What a great experience at Woodfield Nissan! We were buying a car for our college age daughter. The sales people took the time to really evaluate our needs, even pointed out safety features that as a parent we appreciated. Matched us up, great price, didn't take hours and hours! Our experience at Woodfield Nissan couldn’t be better. It all started when we were approached by Steve Lee, an exceptional salesman. Because of his expertise and exceptional skills at customer service we were very comfortable buying our car here. Shopping for my daughter's first car, Ali Sahebi was the only salesman out of the 5 dealerships we visited, that slowed down and listened to what was important to us. He helped us choose the perfect car for my daughter and we were able to get a deal that we were happy with. He took the time to intro...duce us to the manager and the service team. Thanks again Ali! My son was looking for his first car. We found a nice 2009 Altima online at a great price, so we called and went in to look at it. Took a nice test drive, our salesman was not pushy (as I kinda expected them to be), and we made a very quick deal. My son liked the car, and with me cosigning for him, ...I felt very comfortable with the whole process. They gave my son a couple finance options, and since he couldn't finance the car himself, the finance guy John Meredith (seriously great guy) explained to me my options and obligations as a cosigner to my son. Took the car home, it was great. HOWEVER...on the way home, my son noticed the driver's side mirror was loose. Turns out the mirror housing was cracked and was not properly mounted to the car. I called the used car manager, explained the situation, and it seemed like they wouldn't do anything, which was initially disappointing. But I got a call a day later, asking to bring the car in. The manager looked at it, then told me he spoke with his porters who admitted to breaking it in the car wash without notifying a manager. They took complete ownership of the situation and ordered me a new mirror. Great experience overall. I will be visiting Woodfield Nissan when I need to replace my Honda. If all goes well, it will be my first Nissan purchase. Show more
