He was very friendly as asked what I was looking for & gave me all the answers to all my questions. Comfortable Expierence and very honest salesman!!!!Highly recommend Woodfield Nissan I purchased 2 cars here and parents have purchase 2 over the years with all experiences smooth as can be.Thanks Phil Panzarella for working out a good deal and working in an extended warranty. Great customer service, would recommend to othersWe purchased a used 2012 Nissan Rogue from Woodfield Nissan in April 2014, and traded-in our 2006 Honda Accord. From the very beginning, we felt very comfortable with our sales representative John. He was very friendly and positive, and this interacti...on definitely contributed to our decision to purchase a vehicle from their dealership. We had just come from a negative experience at another nearby Nissan dealership, and John made a quick, positive impression. We negotiated a fair price for purchase and trade-in values. John communicated with us a few weeks after the sale to follow-up and ensure we were satisfied with the vehicle. Within 1 week of purchase, we experienced a minor issue with our rear wiper blade, and upon notifying the dealership, John sent us the replacement part at no charge for the part or shipping, which was appreciated. I found my 13 Maxima online and drove three hours to Woodfield to take it for a test drive. Loved it and bought it. A little negotiation on price and we were out within a couple hours. Both the sales rep and lender were pleasant to work with.

On Monday, I bought my very first new car. I had an idea of what I wanted coming into the dealership. I was greeted by Jorge. I was very fortunate to have Jorge, who listened to what I was looking for. Jorge took the time to show me different cars. No push, no rush, and I was happy to see what my op...tions were. Once I told Jorge I wanted the Versa, the paperwork process flowed nicely, no surprises. Juan did a very pleasant job of running me through, explaining additional options, and answering questions with the formal “sign my life away” paperwork. Jorge made sure the Versa was clean, filled with gas, and made sure I understood the basics of the electronic systems of the Versa. Jorge even took pictures of me, in my new car. It was a good day. I love my Versa, and plan to have it for years to come. In all, the process of buying the Versa had no stress. Jorge and the staff were very professional, attentive, and helpful. The next time that I decide to buy another car or anyone that I know that wants to buy a new car I will defiantly come back myself and refer them to Jorge and Juan. Show more
