2025 Nissan Kicks Puts on a Show

The 2025 Nissan Kicks is an all-new version of this stylish and fun compact Nissan SUV. The Nissan Kicks is known for bold and bright styling, as well as personalized features that make the driver the star of the show.

This second generation of the Nissan Kicks brings that same stylish design and personalization another step forward while also adding more power, and for the first time: all wheel drive.

Let's take a closer look at this new Nissan SUV.

Engine and Drivetrain

There are three trim levels of the Nissan Kicks for 2025: the value-packed Nissan Kicks S, the feature-rich Nissan Kicks SV, and the sporty Nissan Kicks SR. All three Nissan Kicks models are available with a peppy 2.0-liter double-overhead-cam (DOHC) four-cylinder engine that produces 141 HP and 140 lb-ft of torque.

For the first time, the Nissan Kicks is also available in both FWD and AWD configurations, using Nissan's on-demand all-wheel drive system to improve traction and driving confidence during Chicago's icy winters. This system allows the Nissan Kicks to operate in FWD during normal driving conditions to save on fuel economy. The Nissan Kicks is rated for 31 mpg in combined driving mileage.

The more powerful 2.0L engine and addition of AWD make this the most capable Nissan Kicks ever.

ProPilot Assist

That capability extends deeper into the driving experience for 2025 thanks to Nissan's ProPilot Assist semi-autonomous freeway driving technology available on SR trim levels.

ProPilot Assist uses cameras and radar technology to help keep your vehicle in its lane and also maintain the gap to the car in front while in traffic for semi-autonomous cruise control.

This technology also powers the safety technology available on every Nissan Kicks SUV including:

  • Intelligent Forward Collision Warning w/Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) mitigation
  • Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection (P-AEB) prevention
  • Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) w/Rear Automatic Braking (RAB) mitigation
  • Blind-spot warning
  • Rear sonar parking sensors
  • Remote engine start

Interior Features

The Nissan Kicks is bred for Chicago nightlife. SV and SR trims of the Kicks SUV get dual 12.3-inch infotainment and driver information displays. Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto® connectivity is standard. Music lovers will appreciate the 10-speaker Bose® Personal Plus available on SV and SR trims. This high-end car audio system even features speakers in the front row headrests for a truly immersive driving experience.

You'll also get leatherette seats and a sporty, flat-bottomed steering wheel.

Kicks Color and Style

The Nissan Kicks comes in 13 different color configurations including vivid two-tone palettes to set your car apart. There's also a range of optional accessories like a roof-top rear spoiler for that sleek and sporty style. With a variety of colors, wheels, and optional accessories you can make your statement in a Kicks.
